With South Australia’s new WHS legislation now in effect you may still have questions about how exactly it will effect you.
SafeWork SA are still running their Open House Sessions for you to learn more and have your work health and safety questions answered.
You have the opportunity to talk with SafeWork SA officers and have your questions answered, or attend a short presentation followed by a question and answer session.

These presentations are very informal just sit down with the experts in whatever area you have questions for. You can move around the room if you have questions regarding different areas of the legislation.
Have your questions answered by the experts in the legislation, don’t rely on word of mouth from your mates about how it will affect you. There is a lot of mis-information and opinion floating around the construction industry at the moment be pro-active and get the right information regarding your obligations under the new WHS harmonisation legislation.
